- Assistance with Vendor selection and contract negotiation.

- Assistance with purchasing of wedding favors, bridal party gifts, etc.
- Negotiation of hotel room rates for out-of-town guests.
- Coordination of gift basket delivery for out-of-town guests at hotels.
- Coordination of bridal portrait, if requested.
- Confirmation of all vendors 2 weeks prior to Wedding Day.
- Development and distribution of Wedding Day time line and placement diagram.
- Suggestions for rehearsal dinner/party locations.
- Distribution of gratuities, if necessary.
- Unlimited access to coordinator via phone or e-mail during the planning process.
- Liaison between bride and hired professionals through out the planning process and the Wedding Day
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination.
- Ceremony coordination and direction, if there is no church coordinator.
- Reception coordination and direction (beginning with set-up through to clean-up)

- Distribution of gratuities, if necessary.
- Rehearsal and Ceremony coordination.
- Reception coordination and direction (beginning and set-up.).
