Getting Started
- Up to eight (8) hours of consultation either by phone or in person.- Recommendation of Vendors that fits your style and budget- Forms for creating and managing wedding budget- Creation of planning timeline so that tasks are completed in a timely manner- Discuss decoration, design, favors, and other ideas to help create a personalized wedding- Answer any questions involved in planning your wedding.
- Vendor recommendations if needed.- Provide Forms for developing overall wedding time line and budget- Assistance with any etiquette questions- Review all vendor contracts to ensure that required details are included- Confirmation of all vendors at least one (1) week prior to wedding day- Liaison between bridal party and vendors on wedding day- Distribution of gratuity if necessary- Rehearsal and ceremony coordination- Reception Coordination and direction (beginning and set up)
- Development and Management of Wedding Budget and Planning timeline.- Assistance with Vendor Selection and contract negotiation- Recommendation of color scheme, theme, and stile of wedding, concept design of floral, linen and other décor.- Unlimited access to coordinator via phone or email during the process.- Assistance with purchase of wedding favors, bridal party gift etc.- Design and production of custom favors.- Negotiation of hotel room rates for out of touch guest.- Coordination of gift basket delivery for out of town guest at hotels.- Coordination of bridal portrait if requested- Confirmation of all vendors two weeks prior to wedding day.- Design and management of seating charts.- Development and distribution of Wadding Day time line and placement diagram- Distribution of gratuity if necessary- Liaison between bride and hire professionals- Suggestions for rehearsal dinner party location.- Ceremony rehearsal coordination- Ceremony Coordination and direction, if there is no church coordinator.- Reception Coordination and direction (beginning with set-up through clean up)
